Joseph Campbell said, ‘follow your bliss’ (www.jcf.org). What he so beautifully describes is that to really unlock our inner hero potential - to be and feel real - that we must do what we love, what excites us, that which makes us feel alive! It can be baking cookies for your grandchildren, gardening, restoring furniture or selling on eBay. It may be something greater than yourself that you must do. So instead of pushing against Life, Life in this way now may pull us to her breast.

You know when you are in the Bliss Groove when:

When we are following our Bliss, we are not concerned what other’s think of us. While it is different for each one, participating in your ‘Bliss event’ requires one to engage well - in life, with others, with ourselves! In this way we also engage ourselves in our own highest integrity - with ourselves.

Enhance Your Relationships

Events creating Bliss in life enhance our relationships. They are easy to get lost in (the zone) during their activity, creating satisfaction and joy for ourselves and others. That’s how you know what it is, and how to be there. This is what gives soulful, purposeful meaning to our lives. You know ‘Bliss events’ because you can feel them. It does take courage to follow one’s Dreams... amidst Life’s continuing circumstantial chaos. I believe it is not the size of the dream that is important, just that we must for ourselves have such a dream. If you are not following your dreams - are you then following your nightmares?
